Instructions for Poster Presenters:

Poster set-up will take place in the Grand Ballroom between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday, June 28.
A 30" wide x 40" high foam-core poster board will be provided, as well as push-pins and two-sided velcro.

A light reception will be held in the Solarium at 7:00 PM, followed by the poster presentation at 7:30 PM in the Ballroom.

Detailed instructions will be emailed to all poster presenters.
